Our company was founded in July of 1989 by Rich Paddock who has over 25 years experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Appraising.  Rich is the managing partner in our Modesto office.

In 1991, Jack Paddock joined our company as a senior partner.  Jack brings extensive experience in the Tuolumne/Mariposa counties. Jack is the managing partner of our La Grange office.

Jeanine Kraus joined our company in December of 2001 after 18 years in mortgage banking as a senior underwriter for a national lender.

All of our appraisal staff are Certified Residential Appraisers and are FHA approved. We look forward to working with you to provide the valuation answers you need.
