Jeanine Kraus 

 

Jeanine brings extensive lending experience to our company.  She was an approved underwriter for FHA, VA and all prime loan products. She continues to monitor changes in lender appraisal guidelines which enables our company to continue to produce a superior appraisal report. 

She has recently obtained her Associate of Arts Degree in the field of Real Estate from Modesto Junior College and is pursuing her bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Marylhurst University.

She is a Certified Residential Appraiser and appraises primarily in the Stanislaus County area.  She is also the office manager for the Modesto office.
